Title Absolute
Title Absolute is part of Countrywide Plc, providing HIPs and conveyancing services to end user customers through estate agents, mortgage brokers, banks and building societies in England and Wales.
After carrying out extensive market research with its intermediaries, Intandem worked with Title Absolute to develop its marketing and branding strategy with the aim of boosting conveyancing instructions.
The Absolute brand was developed to create a highly visible presence to both intermediaries and their customers. This was backed up by a marketing campaign and integrated a business development plan. The result was a significant increase in conveyancing instructions over a 12 month period.
